Sounds don't sound harsh when I'm feeling angry, just at seemingly random moments.
It's really just a minor annoyance but I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or if anyone knows what exactly is going on.

Hello katrineylva: I see this is your first post so... welcome to PsychCentral... from the Skeezyks! I hope you will find the time you spend here to be of benefit.

I'm not sure, from reading your post, that I understand what it is that is going on with you. There is a condition called "misophonia" that involves not being able to tolerate loud noises. California therapist, Kati Morton, uploaded a video regarding this condition onto her YouTube channel a while back. I don't know if this is anything similar to what you are experiencing.
