I try to go in there, the therapy office. But it gets so... off. Im a female hes a male and there is a weird, not bad but weird tension sort of. I over heard him one time, that I make him like uncomfortable.... We never brought it up again after it, I go on/off. Ill miss weeks of it then show up randomly or vise versa... go regularly. Ive seen so many shrinks its impossible. I work on my social problems and trauma in there. I used to see female therapist but we fight too much, each one too much.

sorry if this is spelled wrong or the sentances are wrong. english isnt my mother language. thanks

If you always feel uncomfortable with males, ask to see female therapists - that's what I do. Although I find it odd that you'd be in any situation to overhear him saying that but obviously no one would want to continue in that situation. I know that it's uncomfortable to make yourself vulnerable to anyone, especially someone you don't know, but therapy isn't helpful because it's always comforting. Sometimes it brings out the uncomfortable issues that need addressing. But you do it because they're professionals and they can help and I know it's hard but I know from personal experience that it's very helpful to be as fully open and honest as possible. It's good to ask yourself what you're afraid of . Good luck
