Hi Rainbowzz,

It’s always nice to stop and say thanks. There are so many reasons to be thankful. But one of the first things that came to my mind was how much I appreciate the trees. They teach me how to stay grounded yet bend with the wind and reach for the sky. They go through change gracefully and age with wisdom. And they welcome all with open arms.

With great thanks. ~ Bee

I love gratitude threads. I just woke up, so I'm a little hazy.....I'm really grateful for the coffee thats helping me wake up. I'm grateful for the roof over my head. I'm grateful my boyfriend had today off and was able to be with me last night when I wasn't feeling well at all, I'm grateful I can wake up and have my coffee with PC....there's so much more but I'm not awake enough yet to think lol.

that there is a friend who helps me,
who seems to care about me

and that the life I lived was worth living,
so I know that I did things in my life that
I wanted to do

Had those wonderful French meals in France.
Enjoyed New Orleans {with hopes that NO will revive itself, then maybe I'll go back for another visit - and the music and wonderful shrimp of NO}

I am thankful for my new farm in Kentucky to move to & the new life it has given me. I am thankful for all my eskie doggies & can't wait to have them all with me here in Kentucky along with all my horses. I am thankful for all the wonderful people here in Kentucky that have come into my life by chance & are helping to give me the direction & information that I need to pull together the design & building of my farm, barn, & the beautiful home that I just bought. I am thankful for the beautiful woods that are a part of my farm. It is a beauty that I always had to vacation to & now it is a part of my own home. It is a beauty that is beyond what any words can express.......the only thing I can say when I walk through the trees is WOW, WOW, & AMAZING.

I am thankful for my daughters life and that of her boyfriend.

I am thankful that there are guardian angels around them that let them walk away from a horrible accident. I am thankful to God and his wisdom and love that he allowed me to have my daughter in my life for one more day, one more month, one more year, one more lifetime.

I am most thankful for my Mother and Father. If not for them I would surely lose it. I know I am very very lucky to have loving caring parents, who would do anything to help me in my time(s) of need. I am also thankful for my two beautiful kids! There is nothing like unconditional love from a toddler.

Right at this moment I am most thankful for my friend from Bermuda. He is a constant source of support and I know, without a doubt, he will always be open and honest with me. He is one of the most giving people I know…he speaks from the heart and is not afraid to show his love. I feel very fortunate to have him as a friend.

I am so thankful that I have a place to sleep, eat and continue paying my bills, without a job. I also am thankful
that I joined this forum, which has helped me in so many
ways. I'm thankful that I have my health, it could be worse.
And for all the people in my life that have listened to my
problems. And most of all I am thankful that God has been
in my life. What are you thankful for right now(can be more than 1)

I'm thankfull for having good medical support for my addiction and depression treatment.

I'm thank-ful that I have a severence package from work that lets me concentrate on getting well without having to worry about money, at least for awhile.

I'm thankful for my sobriety.

Right now I am most thankful for the friends I have made here at PC and for the encouragement and support. I can remember just weeks ago when i was so afraid to even begin to open up here and KD's encouragement to just post what i was feeling. It is because of that post that i have been blessed by the many wonderful people here. I thank God for the courage to make that post or I would have robbed myself of all the blessings from all of you that I have received. I love you all.

My kids- each as unique as a snowflake... full of life and laughter.... generous and curious...gentle and helpful,... caring and kind.... creative and all around fabulous...

My parents- being great support and listeners... not judging me...

food on the table...clothes on our backs... roof over our head.... online to visit PC... cuddly kitties... sunshine... lush green foliage... rainbows.... family fun time.... transportation... shoes... hot water... I could go on....
