it has to do with skype?

i apologise for my ignorance..but i guess it`s better to ask than to never know. what is a webcam call?

I know I can do webcam conversations with MSN Messenger and both myself and the other person have a webcam so we can see/hear each other.

Maybe it does have to do with Skype. what is a webcam call? Sorry

Canders is right...someone is calling you on a webcam and wants you to use yours too on Skype. Just like yahoo, msn, etc.
