beth had you done exactly what the dr told you to to recover? I know I had bad swelling in my feet and ankles after mine and it has continued to some point since it happened in 99. stay off your feet as much as you can hon.

Yes Mama lol.. I have done what they've told me to do. They told me to keep walking some too.. but when I am sitting to keep my leg elevated also. Walking is still a good preventative thing to do for clots. I'm not over doing it one way or the other.. I promise. Tomorrow~
