Sorry I haven't posted in a long time. I was in a bad car accident last November and lost my job and everything. Life has been real hard. Can't pay my bills. I have no friends. Still going through physical therapy. Fighting with the insurance company. Can't work. Don't have internet where I live. I can only get on at the library. Why does life have to be so difficult? I just want to enjoy it. I know I am rambling. But sometimes I just need someone to listen to. Thanks for anyone who is listening.

Niky. It is good to see you posting again. I am sorry for the struggles you are having at this time. I hope things get better for you soon. The salvation Army in your area may be able to help if food and bills are an issue and let you know what agencies can help you at this time with your bills or rent. There is also low income housing usually available in most states or countries as well. Take care and good day. Soidhonia

Hello everybody.
Hey Niki! Life sometimes feels like you're banging your head against a brick wall, doesn't it? I know.
I've been doing alot of that lately. Having two episodes a day sometimes. When I went to see my counselor the other day I cried all the time I was there. So hopeless feeling and TIRED of being in this miserable BRAIN!!! I think that sometimes the world would be better off w/o me in it!!!! I get that way when I'm having alot of episodic modes. Stress seems to bring them on, that and personal
problems. I am trying to combat that with alot of walking and shopping(window) and things of that nature. I karaoke twice a week locally and play when a band needs a drummer. I can't work outside my home because of my condition. Employers do not understand bi-polar or its effects on people. I learned that the hard way!!
