1.Stop taking on other peoples negative energy
2. Stop getting sucked into gossip
3. Stop letting others make you doubt your beliefs.
4. Stop letting people tell you what’s possible
5. Stop letting people dump their stuff on you.
6. Stop letting people take control
7. Stop letting others opinions dictate your personality
8. Stop trying to please others if it makes you unhappy
9. Stop letting people take your power
Your inner power is the life that drives you forward in life and letting others control any aspect of that should be looked at immediately. It might not be easy, but you have no one else to blame but yourself if you give your power away when you are aware of it. Sometimes we are manipulated into doing things, but once you become aware of this manipulation..
I hope, it will help you.. Think positive... N have confident in yourself..😇❤Thankyou.. Love and light😇❤

That is all wonderful advice! I'm going to copy it to my phone if you don't mind. I think I could use to remember a lot of these rules daily as well.

I started doing everything on that list in regard to how I go about my social life, not because of this list but because I was sick of people. One thing for sure is that my social life it is a lot less active compared to back then. But, I have grown way more as a result.

Same as me in a way the social isolation was bad I did a lot of self destructive things but then I found my way out and found out what was missing a job a sense of self a sense of pride and happiness in my friendships. I am now trying to find all of that again
