I'm new since yesterday. i was wondering if there was any sort of journal feature to this site. I'd like a way to track how i feel and what physical things go on such as sleeping patterns, mood patterns, etc.

If Grohol doesn't have anything, does anyone know where a good place would be for this sort of journaling?

Any suggestions would be helpful, then i'll try a few and let you know which one i like best. Thanks.

what i want to be able to do:

all i can do:

You can track quizzes by saving results... other than that, I guess try getting a blog somewhere... lots of those available free around the internet.

Is there something wrong with buying a journal and handwriting everything into that? I personally do that. I guess I'm kinda old fashioned. That's how I track everything. Just a thought.

im like Lady D. I use live journal to write down my thoughts. i also use is as a way of communicating with people i don't always get to talk to. But i do like LJ and its easy to use.

I don't know much about online journals, since I just buy a notebook and write everything down by hand.
It's a great way to express how you're feeling and get it off your chest. I have four, filled cover to cover, from as far back as six years ago. I have great difficulties discussing my problems in person, but give me a chance to write it down, either on paper or online, and the flood gates open.

I don't know where I'd be without my journals. Trust me rtrudeau, it helps.
