I have to leave the site for awhile. My doctor works at the University, and he only has daytime hours during the summer. I have no way to get there since my sister always drives me there after she gets off work at night. I'm agoraphobic with PTSD, so forget me taking a bus or cab...even with a safe person.

I have one day left of a low-dose anti-anxiety (I need much higher), and my Effexor XR and beta blockers will run out before September as well. I can't imagine going cold-turkey off Effexor, and I'm really in trouble without my anti-anxiety pills.

Even though I've been with this doctor for 2 years or so, he still needs to see me first. And the meds can't be phoned or couriered in to my pharmacy. So I'm up the creek. Such bad timing. And I don't want anyone to see me in that kind of shape.

Maybe I'll discover afterwards that I don't need meds anymore. Wouldn't that be great?

Anyways, gotta go. Thanks for all the support during my short and "eventful" time back at Psych Central. I hope I was able to help the ones I spoke with in some way. Everybody keep looking out for each other, okay?

God bless,
Sandy
