although im not one of the most active posters on here, id just like to let everyone know that i am going to be away for the month-leaving on friday, coming back on august 18th. i am going to weight-loss camp, hopefully i can shed most of my excess weight before it becomes a huge issue. i hope everyone is not only doing well, but feeling superb while im away.

 you go mel!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!! I hope you do well!!!! We wont forget you here at pc and will anxiously await to hear how much fun you had...always remember its the inside that counts( and believe me your a great person) but its also important to be healthy...and it seems like your mind is on the right track....good job!!
