Yes I know that one. I use to think peoples comments were about me. I think because thats what I already thought of myself.

I've reached a place now, where I am ok with who I am and even if someone is passively meaning me, I just let it go. Its where they are in their journey, if they're still at a place where they are pointing fingers, then I feel lucky I've passed that place, remembering what a lonely place it was.

I'd work on what you feel about yourself, the good parts and the bad parts and find acceptence for all of this parts then other peoples opinions become really quite irrelevant.
