I was not sure this is the best forum to post this but I think the article is good for members to read, even copy and keep to help identify others who are manipulating you. While reading this I definitely have experienced the techniques listed myself. It's important to keep in mind, individuals who practice these manipulative techniques do not "care" about your needs or feelings. |
