A lot of the time I get overwhelmed by a lot of negative voices. They are never other "people" or anything but I dont seem to have any control over what they say.
What exactly are they? I have been told I have depression/anxiety/ptsd by various therapists. |

Hello, Burial.
Unfortunately, we can't offer medical advice. I would get a second opinion. Im just a layperson but I've read hearing voices may be a symptom of psychosis. Regardless, it sounds like you still need answers and seeing a professional can help you. Specifically, a psychiatrist would be able to help you. Meanwhile, we are here to support you. ![]() Sincerely, Rainy |

Are these voices your own voice (for example if I screw up I silently put myself down verbalizing it in my head)? I think this is normal. Or are they elsewise. Either way, talk to a professional and they can try to sort this out and give you some understanding.
