I lost my children and had my rights terminated 9 years ago. I worked really hard to get clean (8 years now) and CPS has actually given me the opportunity to adopt my children back from them considering they were never adopted. I am afraid that if i am honest about how depressed I am and how manic i get that they'll find out and wont let them come home. I feel so alone and now can't even talk to my therapist

Your T should respect your confidentiality. But I can understand why you are scared.

Yes, I thought that too and I overthink. There are laws protecting my privacy but I don't know how that works when in a situation like adoption and such. Thanks for the response.
