It's so sad when people feel they have no other choice than end their life, especially when they're so young.
Things like this really make you sit up and think about your own thoughts and actions.
I know thinking about my family has 'saved' me many times.

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

thank you for using this tragedy to remind people that the effects of suicide are endless ripples of pain and sorrow for those left behind, including not only the family and friends of the deceased but even down to their neighbours like you and people who simply read about it like us here. its such an important thing to cling to when our own pain takes us so deep that we start to think of how to end it.

So sad to think that she only had ONE way out! She has left her family with an awful empty feeling that can never fill up again. I know. I am surviving my own mothers suicide.
Even though she's been gone for 14 years now, the feeling still the same. It's a one heartache over another. There will
never be "closure" for this family. It's like being on a "runaway train" that never stops, never refuels, never takes on any passengers............it keeps going and going
and it never lets up. You can't cry enough tears to calm it
and take it away..........the guilt will soon set in and that's a whole other story. I wish that family peace and love, but I fear it isn't enough..........that poor child will never know what
she's done?............only God can show her now.

I have had a close friend and an X-mate, both of whom found their father's suicide bodies. My X used to say that suicide was the most selfish act a person could commit. Someone has to find the body -- be it a relative, friend, or paramedic. This definitely DOES NOT make their day. Our perceptions that we are all alone and no one cares are almost never correct.
