So, if you haven't seen my other post, I have cancer. Caught early thank God.

I also have been diagnosed with pretty much every MI over the past few years. Bipolar 1 schizoaffective. Borderline. Histrionic. Ocd. Adhd. Ptsd.

So here's where I'm at...

I have 2 blood tests and 1 ultrasound confirming hashimotos antibodies.
They also found a nodule on my thyroid which came back cancerous.
I also have 35% of my thyroid dead, and am hypothyroid.

I took an MMPI test and got the results. Invalid. And a low IQ.
I was told that the IQ was skewed because of my endocrine issues. Before I got sick I had the test done and it was 40 points higher. I was told my invalid results were proof that my mind is working slowly.

I will be retested in a year.

My surgery Date to remove my whole thyroid is next month.

After it is out, and the synthroid regulated, we can accurately diagnose my MI, and get correct MMPI results.

I'm hopeful and scared to my bones.

If you take anything from this, don't feel sorry for me, don't worry for me, because it's all going to be okay. What you should take from this is get yourself a full blood panel.
Test for EVERYTHING.

It took me years to get the right blood test, only after a second opinion from a pdoc and a 3 hour drive to see her each way.

Take your health into your own hands, because if I didn't, I would be living unknowingly with cancer.

I'm lucky to catch it early before it spreads. I'm lucky to have a medical team that I have picked specifically because they treat me as a human and not an insurance cash cow.

Thank you for taking the time to read my whole story. Love <3

I don't know if this helps, but my mother had this when she was 34. We celebrated her 85th birthday on Sunday.
