Just wanted all the people from the last few months who know me (moaning and panicking and extreme moodswings)I finally have a wonderful psychotherapist after months of fighting and making a fuss. It isn't through our wonderful (!) NHS service here in uk, it was through the Rape Crisis Centre. She is fully qualified and has been through the same as me. She is my saviour. I feel so much better with her in my life, she completely understands me and everything i've talked about so far. I'd like to thank everyone for their support during the worst months of my life. I had to leave pc for a while due to my marriage nearly ending and nearly losing my children. I'd completely lost all sense of reality and was withdrawing, becoming way too anxious and desperate.
Thankyou again to all my friends here at P.C for your support and love, you'll be in my heart always.
For those of you who my husband insulted or offended i am truly sorry and so is he. It was an awful time in our lives and it took all of that to make me see sense and start helping myself.

No reason to apologize, we all have been through difficult times and haven't dealt with them in the best way. I was sad to see you go because I barely got to know ya. But now, I can!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like the pieces of your life are coming together. When we finally find the help we need, it sure makes all the difference....but mostly in our ability to see that there is hope for the future & that things will get better.

I am glad you finally found the person who you can relate to & who can relate to you....that relationship is hard to find in therapy....or anywhere in life as far as that goes. It sounds like your whole life is coming around....glad to hear that.

thankyou so much for your repies. Iam so gladto be here, obviously i will have good and bad days but having many more good so far. I just want people to know that no matter how difficult and hard times can get, there is ALWAYS hope. There have been days when I have been so desperate, so frustrated and sad. Days when nothing seemed worth it, no point in anything - but it didn't last. People told me I would get better - I didn't believe it, maybe I didn't WANT to believe it. Healing has to come from inside, I realise that now. It's so hard, like wading through mud, but if I can do it so can anyone - and I mean that.
