As a result, I can't concentrate on my homework and practices for my piano and other stuff. I feel like someone is watching from the back door or scanning directly from my brain. It happens when I attempt to do something constructive. I am pretty desperate for help on this issue.

I've had thoughts of being watched (in my case it's by ghosts). I tell myself 'let them watch'. I know nothing is hurting me and it's just my paranoid thoughts or overly active imagination. I am able to just move on and soon forget that thought.

Thanks for the replies!

In my case, it's like a moral god scanning my brain constantly looking for anything which makes me ashamed.

It restricts what I can do and makes me anxious.

Thanks!

In that case, I have to strengthen my emotional intelligence so that I could withstand other's criticism.

Dear Kotcha,
I am one, if you know me, on almost any subject of mental health will say. ' umm, no, i want to know the NON allopathic medicine approach, no meds, and some therapy approach and some alternative medicine, naturo-medicine approach."
however, in this one rare case for me, i will say. a very careful selection of medication
(for a while) would possibly be what is called for.

just saying.

Sandworm.
