You might have caught Shaquille O'Neal's show this past season, helping the overweight children in Cooper City. That area is just a few miles from me, btw. Anyway, his goal was to show how physical education can help our youth. (As in educating the educators???)

The Florida State Department of Education has, because of Shaq's persistence, ADDED BACK into the school curricula: 30 minutes of Physical Education a day! Shaq did it! Way to go big guy!!!!! Thanks! This begins THIS semester.

Yes, and I think that's part of why it worked, the children worked with him and his staff, and the DOE listened, because he is such an accomplished man, and a great mentor, a good example being a strong, fit, moral guy. Shaq did it! No one else could have done it like he has, imo. (No one did, anyway, and others tried- another "star", and also a lady.)

Shaq is known here in South Fl for being a real stand up guy. Shaq did it!
