You might have caught Shaquille O'Neal's show this past season, helping the overweight children in Cooper City. That area is just a few miles from me, btw. Anyway, his goal was to show how physical education can help our youth. (As in educating the educators???)
The Florida State Department of Education has, because of Shaq's persistence, ADDED BACK into the school curricula: 30 minutes of Physical Education a day! ![]()

i watched that show and cause of his help those kids lost alot of weight.......its great that he cares for the kids to help like that.....

Yes, and I think that's part of why it worked, the children worked with him and his staff, and the DOE listened, because he is such an accomplished man, and a great mentor, a good example being a strong, fit, moral guy.

Yay Shaq. I know up here in the NorthEast gym is 3 days a week one week, and then 2 days a week the next. It just isn't enough!!!!!
