we have set alot of records the last few days! 10 straight days of over 100!! I am so wilted!!!!

oh please do!!!! I think it is suppose to cool down next week but for now we are stuck in this mess it seems. ugh!!

Tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter than last week when we had 104 F temps. The actual temp will be in the 90's but when they factor in the humidity, boy are we in for it.

Got you beat - our record here is 27 days over 110!!!!! Only way is to run from airconditioned building to airconditioned building. Drink lots of water.

I think if we had some humidity in with it at least we could get some rain!! no rain here in over a month now! heat and draught.

bebop - I am sewltering in Arizona. I agree with you on the humidity. Just got back from Florida and at least with the humidity you get a cooler breeze - here the breeze just feels like a blast furnace. Ah well.

It was soooooooo hot and sooooooo humid today.. and I had to be out... couldn't breathe the air was so thick..

Yes, I went out last evening after the sun went down to talk to my mower man, who is over 60, telling him to wait till it's cooler to mow my lawn. Just standing out there for a few minutes in the humidity, I was soaked! Tough ol' bird went ahead and mowed! Tomorrow is going to be 100 here in WV. When it reached 104 here last week it wasn't too bad for me because the humidity was low.

The humidity made today almost unbearable. It was well over 100 degrees F today...

a city about 30 miles from me hit 106 today. I am sure we were close to that here too but my town is so small we don't even have a bank with a temp thingy on a sign lol
