thats it...i refuse to talk anymore to anyone about anything that remotely is personal...or even just opinionated...im only talking to you guys and my bf...everyone else...can be happy with yep...and uhuh....i think your right....ive made a fool outta myself everyday in some form or another for a whole wapping 19 years...and im sure i made an idiot out of myself the day i was born....whatever...all i know is...im done talking...done....

Ah yes, ye olde "foot-in-mouth" dilemma. I know it well.

If it is any consolation, try really listening to what others are saying and you will realize that you are hardly alone. I find that many others say stupid things more often then one might think, and alot of what is said if oftentimes cloaked in "intellectual speak."

Don't be so hard on yourself. I know it can be embarrassing at times, but if you can bring a little levity into these faux pas, it makes getting through them a little easier. And thank God, most people's attention spans these days last only about 30 seconds and then they are off on another thought tangent!
