RE: PersonALITY (Written from the view of liberty-responsibility institute, that's a decider not a divider kinda personal institution. There ain't no manifesto or propagandas, it styles itself in its formations!)

I was fine with Skeezyks's answer, a person to a person, what one thinks of a normal person is not my business. This blanket statement of using adjectives to describe a group of people by categorizing-for-categorizing's-sake is bad for the rest of the humanity, I find it as bad as name calling. There's a time and place for generalization and associated personal opinions to be expressed, my impression of the post #1 was nothing of that sort. On personal level, the word 'normal(cy)' leads to conformity! It's offensive adjective/name calling of the greatest magnitude, what one thinks 'normal' is not the only way to view the reality that all the sentient being shares in this whole wide world. I owe myself to the universe, it accepts me and vice versa.

I don't think I'm wrong in thinking that I'm free to infer that when someone use the word 'normal', the person also holds this strong belief that something can be abnormal, I try to acknowledge, accept and understand anything without reductions in its values or obstructions in my thought processes unless that's absolutely necessary. The important thing for any philosophers is to refine the thoughts by epistemological means, that's what separate normal opinions from justified knowledge.

Okay, so you have decided that I cannot be an existentialist because part of my behavior doesn't fit with the philosophy.
Respect my decision as I do yours! I try to understand paradoxical truth as it presents itself before me. I see no line between truth and untruth, I believe the proof of this theory of my being is mostly in the making and the thinking.

Please remember, you wrote that sentence, created it out of your own mind, you caused me to have the exact same thought as one of the possible interpretations of your statement. It is comparative to the fake news that we've been hearing about, faking causes harm and confusions for the people around that fakeness, it's criminal. I do bluffing instead though, that's as far as I go for deceiving responsibly.

I'm a rock that's about to go take a shower.

What are you?
You are seeking attention and information from strangers.
You are wanting to be seen, to be heard.
You are not who you say you are, you may not be who you think you are, in fact you may not even be at all.

Actually, I have no opinion on this matter.

Those are actually most eloquently put together answers on this thread.

What am I?

I guess it depends on whether you feel connected to a hammer in Paris by a blanket or do you only view the space between the randomized particles floating around with the amoebas in your ocular fluid when you stare directly at the sun???..I think it may be time to invest in a hippity-hop

(being sarcastic here because this is a mental health website. that means there are people from all over the world with all kinds of mental illnesses, some of which would think what you posted was a bad person and some of what you posted a mentally ill person may believe is good depending upon what problems the person reading is having in their own mental illness and life)

now for reality no sarcasm ....

given that its my understanding that all posts on psych central are supposed to be of a supportive nature, to me that means not putting someone down, not telling someone they are a bad person because of what they posted...... you wont get me telling any member they are a bad person no matter if their post is of a positive nature or negative nature.

my suggestion would be instead of inviting people to make a judgement of you, decide for yourself whether you believe you are good or bad and if there is something about your self you would like to change or work on, you can contact a mental health treatment provider or other treatment provider that works with what ever changes in your life you would like to make, if there are any.

No no that's not acceptable you have just tried to diagnose someone with DID - a personality disorder. why did u do that, list links to DID. I want to call u judgmental names believe me!

This feed keeps requesting I write something, so here we go again.

Albert Einstein basically stated we can't create nor destroy energy, this being at the most basic and physical level. At the mental level many call it enlightenment, and at the purists level some call it intelligence or spirit. Point being, if you can't create this "energy" nor destroy it, then technically it's supernatural and eternal. Max Planck founder of quantum physics believes energy has intelligence, maybe not at the same level as humans but similar. If you believe that your energy disperses when you die, then consider this, something or someone brought it together and put this "energy" inside you around birth. Food for thought.
