If this is in the wrong place let me know and I'll delete it. Currently having a very hard time at the moment. My program made us go to the state capitol today to advocate for our future profession. I have been socially isolated the whole time and am feeling very overwhelmed and out of place by all the people. I'm currently hid out in a dim hallway away from everyone. I'm stuck here until 3:30 today anyone have any suggestions on how to make things not as bad for today?

Take some deep breaths and concentrate on your breathing. It should make the anxiety better.
