hello, this is first post of my, idk if im in right category, so sorry

the problem is, idk if its really problem but i want to know.

sometimes when i take walk around the city, i look to the ground and seeing how it distancing from my but newer get so far i cant see it, i mean it always at same distance but it moving down... i not feeling like im growing taller or something, mine feats is on the ground, but the ground falling down and quit fast, also i dont feel like i will fall down confused, its only vision O.o i tried to google something like that but didnt find anything

the other thing sometimes i can see small particles waves, like chi energy and third thing is when im tired if i stare at one spot, the view start to like flicker, colors start flicking , waving, but thats probably normal. oh yah idk its probably also normal but if i pay attention, everything i see is made from small particles, like photons, feels like i see photons or tv noise effect in some manners.

is this normal? or something like type of schizophrenia i kind of paranoid and over analyzing everything.

Hello getIntact: I'm sorry we here on PC cannot diagnose your condition. Our purpose here is to provide one another with support as well as to share experiences & information. What you are experiencing could be something psychological. If you tend to struggle with a lot of stress & anxiety, this can certainly have some odd effects on a person. I know that because it is something I've experienced.

What you are experiencing could also be something physiological too. So the best thing to do would be to first get yourself checked out medically. Then, assuming there's nothing wrong physically, seek the services of a mental health professional. They can help you figure out what might be going on with you from a mental health perspective.

Welcome! I agree it doesn't sound like a mood disorder, it we can't diagnose. I'd go see your doctor and see what they say.

What you've described sounds like depersonalization to me. I have similar experiences.
