I go through days I get angry and stressed easily. Like this one time I was feeling really troubled after I just burned a food I was planning to eat and then when I cooked it again I was forced to give it to someone else. It's just food...nothing to feel angry and stressed about. But for some reason I felt like crying a little. When I wake up the next day I feel fine and nothing wrong. I stay cool most of the days it's just 2 days I go through this.

Maybe you were really hungry and disappointed about the loss of your food. I can't stand burnt food myself.
