Well I never get mad, but this morning I was really peeved off at my ex, and I kicked the armchair I think I learned a lesson today

Well, didn't I break my second from baby toe on my left foot?

I think someone above is trying to teach me about taking my anger out on the chair I think I learned a lesson today Now I am hobbling and bruised, but doing ok.

Bowz, make sure your toe is back in place correctly. I'm not saying this well... If your toe is crooked, take a hot wash cloth, put it on your toe and pull your toe in place. Don't let it be dislocated.

I know it hurts so very much. Take good care.

Hugs,

Jan

Ouch....some lessons we learn are more painful than others! I don't mean to laugh at your pain--I have done the same thing. I hope it gets better soon.

When I get angry I usually throw things & break things that way rather than breaking myself......that isn't a good thing either, but at least it doesn't hurt as much.

I have broken a finger once....I was holding onto the reins of a horse & he reared. I looked at my finger & it was completely crooked. I took it & snapped it once & it still wasn't right, so I snapped it again....it was finally straight.....then I passed out.

Later that day, I went to my orthopedic surgeon & he checked my finger...I had actually set it myself so he didn't have to do anything to hurt it more. From that experience, I know the pain you are experiencing.....hope it gets better soon.

My toes are hurting just reading your post. I have twice broken toes by kicking something. I didn't learn the first time. Of course, it is not just anger that can break digits. I was not careful stepping down from a short ladder. About four years ago I fell and broke and dislocated my right pinky. It did not heal correctly, and as a result, I could no longer play my sax or my clarinet. The finger is crooked, and I would require surgery to fix it.

Anyway, I hope it feels better soon. Next time, kick your ex. He is probably softer than the furniture. I think I learned a lesson today
