I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you talking about specific diagnoses like MDD, DID, BP I, BP II or are you asking how they are diagnosed? Just clarifying.

I am posting a link to an article, not asking anything. The question of "What do psychiatric diagnoses mean?" is what the author is posing.
