Today.
This is all I have to say. Silence and pain, it overwhelms me.  (edited to add more umbrellas) Who would have thunk that terminating some meds that ruined my body would have such an effect on me!

I'm so sorry you are struggling so much lately. I wish there was something I could do to relieve your pain. Have you considered going back to a therapist fuzzy? I only ask that in the most kind way because I hate to see you struggle so much. A good t can give you the validation you so desire, and help you figure things out in your mind. It's not that I mind seeing your posts here and it's great that you are reaching out to others, but a therapist can help you learn coping skills and rethinking whereas often we can't to the capacity that it seems to me that you want and need. I know you've struggled with a T or Ts in the past. I just want to encourage you that there are some really good ones out there and sometimes it takes that not giving up to find one that is a good fit for you. I care about you Fuzzy and I'm sorry to see you struggling. I hope you will consider going to get some professional help. I know for me, it has changed the quality of my entire life as well as those around me. Best of luck to you Fuzzy. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks wantto. I'm completely baffled by the Health system over here. But I haven't given up finding a therapist who wants to help, and I won't.
