yes it sounds like your Ptsd is talking. I also suffer from agoraphobia really bad but live in spite of it. It is soooooo hard to do.

I'll give you another example, we started a new med regime last night..I went to bed expecting to fall asleep, and I laid there for forever, starting at 11:20pm. I could remember if I slept or not and I looked at the clock and it was 1:20am and I was wide awake. But I couldn't remember if I had slept at all.
