for attention/to be attended to/to be validated/to be seen. What does this mean. And is it a crime.

I think someone elsewhere said no one posts ONLY for any of these things. If they did, what a waste of time!! I certainly would never want to waste my valuable time in such a manner!

Attempting to learn to be tolerant of intolerance. I somehow doubt I will ever learn that though Posting "simply"

I don't think people usually post only for those things, but I think they are always part of a reason for posting. We are social creatures and have a need to connect. This is one way of reaching out. I think if someone posts only for the reasons you mention, it is a cry for help. I think we would die without interaction and connection - and that connection could take the form of nature, God, people, heritage, ourselves, etc.

We all need to learn how to be better people, don't we. Posting "simply" Hopefully we can be forgiven when we are not.

Just my thoughts. Take care of yourself Fuzzy.
