I am not sure if I have Sensory Processing Disorder. I have never liked to get wet, I have never liked loud noises especially fireworks. I have always twisted my hair into knots. Recently I have been unable to sit still when I sit or lay down my legs shake. I have always been a picky eater and eat very little as possible. I have itching skin on my chest stomach and arms. I do not like to be around too many people. Does this sound like I could have SPD ? I have already been diagnosed with depression and anxiety.

hi Roba, have you spoke to a doctor or any healthcare professional about this, it's the best way to find out for sure.

take care.
Thanks for this!

It sounds like a strong possibility to me, but you really should speak with a pdoc.
Thanks for this!

Yes there very hard to diagnose because they don't look for them. I have a vestibular disorder that has caused me problems for a long time. Auditory processing disorders can be misdiagnosed as ADHD. The doctors just don't get enough time to spend with patients.
Thanks for this!
