I haven't made much progress these days (or years?). If I can't improve, if I can't shake this general apathy and at the same time impatience over the future, what am I supposed to do? What should I do? I do know I don't want to live - like this anymore. As time passes, one loses the patience (or his head).

Ah...
As you may know, it's just too tiring.

Maybe I'll to wake up tomorrow as nothing happened (or later - as it's pretty late here right now - to be precise) but the pain is still going to be there. Hiding - like the bloody Pennywise - till its next strike. And, oh, how it hurts! The memories and hopes it arises! All that makes me even hate feeling virtually anything, as I rather detatch myself from the universe than conceive a life where I exist this way.

Wave your wands and delete me, please, so I can NOT exist in this plane of existence.

Hope not to sound disrespectful, but you're pretty good at writing. I've heard that writing is used by many people to cope with their pain. Have you ever thought about it?
Thanks for this!

Writing is good - if you like ripping off your own skin a tiny piece at a time -, although I do write quite often. Guilty.

Sometimes Any help is better than none especially when we see our struggle increase after we stop getting help. Finding good help is really a good idea. Know how mich after almost 15 years of useless help, flinging good help was the best thing I ever did for myself

For me, I talked around because I was completely new to the area. I had moved 2100 miles away from a bad marriage to a place I knew no-one so when I started meeting people I would ask if they knew of good T's. Small town, reputations get around as to who is good or not. The wonderful T I have came from a recommendation...though another recommendation was grest in that she honestly said she didnt have the trained skills to help with such complex issues. It didnt give me the help i needed but at least she didnt lead me on just to get my money either.

Interesting because I just talked to a man tonight who also had my same really good psychologist recommended to him & he has found her to be outstanding also. I had no idea what quality was until seeing her....actually there were 2 outstanding ones I went to at the same time but my DBT group T is really the one who has dine me the mist good & ended up my private T when my first one there retired
