The legume is spouting expletives! Sorry Jill, I don't mean to make light of your feelings. You know me, just always trying to make others feel better with a little laugh. Haven't they both posted within the past 24-48 hours? I read some posts by them last night-early on the 1st. My feeling is that they're probably both very down right now and need time alone whether it is to wallow (nothing wrong with that for a while) or to collect their thoughts. To me, coming here and having others respond in caring, loving ways is great, but when I'm very upset about something I generally need to be alone with my thoughts, feel sorry for myself for as long as I can stand it, and then hopefully, get so sick of it that I get angry and that leads me to take action!

Could be the same with them. Mary Alice is a very strong and resourceful person. We've seen her go through hell before and come out of it. Shelley seems the same. With all she's had to deal with her entire life, she wouldn't have made it this far if she didn't have incredible inner strength. Sure, it probably doesn't feel like it now to them but that's because the depression and recent happenings to Mary Alice especially are like being hit by a ton of bricks and probably make them question any feelings of self-worth they ever had, shaking them to the core.

I don't know, just try not to get too wrapped up in others' grief. I have a feeling they'll both be posting again soon.
