Teacher! Teacher! I was only gone most of the day yesterday, not ALL day! Can I please get an "excused"? Pleeeeeeeze??
 Would it help if I say I didn't have any fun? My scooter broke down in the middle of Home Depot and was going BANG!! BANG!! so loud you could hear it all over the store! It was SOOO embarrassing, Teacher!! Everyone was looking at me!!  Noooo! They really were!!May I please have an "excuse," please, please, please???  PS Heather was here but you'd never know it. I would love to ask for help hun....I just don't know how to. I have always been the type to work things out myself....make a decision and then do it. This time? I have no idea what to do or how to do it. I feel lost . I don't like feeling no control over my emotions. I know I need to reach out and trust others but my trust has been broken and I am afraid. I feel safe with my wall around me. I know that you are there for me.....I am sorry for letting you down by not reaching for you or anyone. Love you sweetcheeks. xoxo Heather

I am sorry . I hope that you didn't think I wasn't trusting of you guys..... I meant in 3D. I don't mean to push everyone away .....I am sorry . Last night I sat down here and read so many posts and am trying to find my way.I just feel so overwhelmed by everything that has gone on with me lately.....yes the self pity has come through - the why me attitude that I soooo dislike within me. I have fought so hard to not let that happen and it sneaked in on me. I promise that I will make more of an effort to reach out....it's just so hard ya know? Heather,
You have always been so quick to give support to others, I hope you can find a way to ask for some yourself. I know how hard it is to reach out sometimes - I'm not very good at it myself - but I can tell you, it will help. Maybe you're not quite ready to yet, and that's ok. Take the time you need. But don't ever forget that you have lots of people here who love you. PS ... You don't have to "stay strong" when there's so many that love you and want to help. When I asked for help, I didn't want to stay strong, but I couldn't help it with so many responding to me with such caring and understanding. Even when I thought I wasn't being understood, there was help in that, too. I was the one that didn't want to understand. I wanted to keep my anger but there was a "tag team" here that led me through gently as if holding me by the hands.
