I spent the day out on a secluded lake. It was so wonderful...quite and mello. I just kayaked around with my boyfriend. Not to mention I caught the biggest bass I have every caught. Don't worry I fish barbless (no sharp point on the hook), so no fish was hurt while I was fishing.

It was such a good thing to get out and relax. AND, I did it sober. Before, fishing and booze just seemed to just go together. I have been sober for 21 months and this is one of the first times I was out in my kayak, fishing and I never thought about wanting a beer or shot of scotch. I just enjoyed myself.
