I'm constantly tired since I've started school this semester. I'm only there for three hours a day, but one class absolutely drains me.
The teacher doesn't do her job, and sits at her computer the entire class while we students are left to figure out the lessons ourselves via worksheets. My lab partner is absolutely useless. Every day I go in and enjoy my other class, and then it immediately turns to dread afterwards. This class is literally pushing me back into a depressive spiral. I can't drop it though, I need it to graduate, and I have no other classes I could use as a substitute. I don't want to socialize, or do anything once I'm home. I come home and sit in my room all day. I was doing so well for once, until this class started. I only have to make it to early January. How do I cope with this? |

Can you go to a study group? Does your school offer free counseling?
Can you send in any sort of anonymous type complaint about the prof??

There's no study groups. I might be able to see the school counselor, and see if my class can be changed to online instruction but generally that's not an option. An anonymous complaint... I don't know.

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Seeing a school counselor sounds like a good idea. They may be able to provide support, encouragement and a strategy to make it through this class. Good luck. Sending big hugs.

Maybe find a tutor? You might feel better if you talk to the teacher about needing help. Maybe she can recommend a tutor.
I’ve had classes I hate-it can be hard to go through. I am sorry you’re going through this. |
