can someone help me. I see that lots of folks have cute little pictures where their names are. I think they are called Avatars. Can some one tell me how to get one there I have done iot for another list but can't find the way to do it for this list. this is the image I want.

Go to My Profile --> Edit Personal and scroll down to near the bottom.

My Profile is in the bar near the top of the screen.
