(((((((((( Friends )))))))))) Thank you so much!! I've been here every day, but have been pretty quiet. The med changes were really hard. When I'm down I get very quiet. The Dr is having my synthroid levels checked. Maybe it needs to be increased so I can have some energy. Thank you for missing me. That was so very, very nice of you. Hugs, Jan

very glad to hear from you. sorry you re feeling so down though. would talking about stuff here help? i know sometimes when im down i tend to isolate and while it feels like the right thing to do if i push myself to connect it can actually help... good to know you re still around here!
