Hey we all get bothered sometimes, sometimes
badly. Usually it's because we are saying people shouldn't be acting the way they are and life should be easy and pleasant always. What nonsense.

You just gotta watch your thinking, watch for unrealistic attitudes. This world is what it is and there are people less than perfect. Just don't demand things be otherwise but look for ways to improve difficult situations. You'll be less troubled. I didn't say not troubled I said less troubled.

Hey kreg,
I understand your frustration, but living (or trying) that way is praised for a very valuable and valid reason, or point.

The so called "help" books are extremely popular with you and I and everyone else where mental health is a concern.

I've learned (I'm dumb) that it's all a "balancing act". Try to consume as much as your heart desires, then afterwards...well it's an ongoing process to want to better ourselves.

I thought to myself "I've tried everything over and over again and I suck at this" then to my surprise, I'm slowly getting by...

Tip: most cliches are true.

Find a balance in life and only look at failures when you don't know where you're heading. Learn from your mistakes and go for it.
