What time is it okay for kids to go out in your area? My neighbor was telling me my community does 7:00-9:00, eek; I have friends coming over and 3 kids around 6:00. They'll eat all the candy I have to give away if we have to wait an hour!

I love halloween. My town has a curfew (I think its 10) for kids under 18 but if they have a parent with them they can be out all night. Usually we get kids coming around between 6 and 8.

We barely got any kids at all!!! Most of them were teens dressed all in black rollerblading around and zipping in and out in front of cars screaming. I tell you, they could have caused an accident! The cars couldn't see them wearing black and they'd just speed out in front of the car and scream causing the car to swerve (luckily all the cars were going slowly). I did up my makeup to look corpse-like, but nobody really got to see it. It was depressing. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!
