My best friend moved to South Korea for one year to teach. She is 14 hours ahead of me, but stays up very late so we get to talk a lot.
I told her how I had been so depressed lately and the house was getting messy. Even though I am home sick today I am tired of sitting around. She said that we would both clean for 15 minute intervals then come back to the computer, chat for 15 minutes, and then do it again. We named it International Cleaning Time. So we began to clean together on separate sides of the world :-) I got my kitchen, diningroom, and part of my livingroom done. She finally went to bed because it's almost 4 AM in S. Korea. I am going to continue as soon as I feel a little better-- waiting for the Tylenol to kick in again. I love her and miss her very much. She's my best friend from NY and now I live in Philly so even when she's in the States I still miss her a lot.... But now she's really far away. She'll be back to the USA in Feb. for ten days so I'll get to see her then. She helped me so much today.

What a wonderful idea!
I clean all the time and I'm on a different time zone to you too, so I would be happy to fill in for your friend when she isn't available. (Except that I can't do chat - it would have to be PM) I'm glad you have a special friend like that!

I don't clean all the time but would be happy to join the International Cleaning!

Oooh I would love for your guys to join International Cleaning.
Only 15 minutes at a time. I got a lot done yesterday. Even after my friend went to bed, I finished the bathrooms. Anyone want to vacuum with me when I get home from work today?
