Okay, so I don’t know what to exactly type, but something mentally ha been bothering me, basically there is something in my head that tells me to do things, not in words but like I can see the action in my head, before it was easy to just ignore, but lately it’s harder to avoid and ignore, and I become close to harming someone, does anyone know why this is happening
