I only see my therapist once a week, and when the clinic is closed for whatever reason or she's just not in I've got like nothing...I don't love talking to her (not her specifically just therapists in general) and I have a hard time being 100% honest. But regardless, therapy is good for processing things and whatnot. When I can't see her I find myself at a bit of a loss. I'm in a huge slump right now, all of us are, with more than one of us feeling suicidal. I guess the reason we haven't actively been so is because of a lack of energy. I dunno I guess the point of this wasn't so much about therapists as it is the general need to get feelings out. There's just so much going on right now it feels like a tsunami is coming.

The best thing about this forum is that it's always here and for the most part people are nice and supportive. I've been using it a lot lately myself to help process things.
