admin/mods - scam letter in inbox

wasnt sure who to contact about this PM i received today, have pasted copy below. i believe its a well known scam, would be grateful if someone could look into it.

I am not admin or mod but I get these all the time in my email.

They'll try ANYTHING, won't they??

yes they will. I swear I get at least one of these every single day.

Haha they must think everyone is a millionaire...

Where do I sign up? Actually when I get these emails I usually send a response back and take up as much of their time as I can. I give them the same type sob story as theirs.

I forget what company the commercial is for, but there's a commercial where this dude on the subway pulls the scam in real life, bascially saying what these emails say to someone. And the person's like, uh yeah, no. I love that commercial....it goes on to say something like scams like these are harder to pull off in person or something

No. I'm thinking that person came on and just started pming people who were either online at the time and visible on the who's online screen, or who had just posted.

Our pm system isn't open for spamming, so they would have had to physcially pm people. Its not like email where they can just spam a bunch of addresses.

am glad the member has been banned.... i get these letters at work all the time, and by email, and i even saw one posted in a review on Amazon the other day... lol...

but didnt like to think they have even crept their way into this community....

I didn't get one but my boundaries and safety have been violated just recently and it ticks me off!!

think about it folks if someone has 5,000.00 and wants to send it to you and you send them back 3,000.00 they say you can keep the 2,000.00 once it goes in your bank account and you send them the money , you are accountable to the bank NOT THEM
don't do this you suffer not them they get rich
