So today I decided to stop smoking once again. I stopped for over a year last time and then had a relapse when I went through my last depression state. There is something that just changed this morning. Anyway just wanted to let everyone know. I know everyone will be supportive.

Congrats!! And lots of luck with this, I use to smoke, I've been off of them for a little over 2yrs.
I had quit a few years ago for about 4yrs, but due to family stress and deaths, I weakened, "just one" led to me buying a pack and then I was hooked again till July 2005, I had nasal/sinus surgery which I quit smoking the day before.
The nasal stuff was not related to smoking, but I thought this was the best time to quit, cause I couldn't smoke after surgery, sooooooooo, I gave it another try.
Hang in there, and come chat here, I found it helped me not run outside and have a smoke, I do not allow smoking in the house or my car.
