tomorrow i get to talk to a social worker / cpn all about me, i had been asked before if i wanted to be refereed but had declined but TRMs social worker/cpn asked if i would like to be this time because i need help as im the main carer in this family, but since all our new problems have kicked of she thinks i might need some support for me

then i have an appointment with a doctor in the cardiology department following a check up i had back a couple of mths ago

Katheryn, its great that you are taking care of yourself and seeking some support. Although I understand it can be stressful meeting with a social worker for the first time. I'll send positive thoughts your way!

What "fun" to have a social worker/cpn to one's self. Hope you enjoy your time with her (him?) and benefit!
