tomorrow i get to talk to a social worker / cpn all about me, i had been asked before if i wanted to be refereed but had declined but TRMs social worker/cpn asked if i would like to be this time because i need help as im the main carer in this family, but since all our new problems have kicked of she thinks i might need some support for me
then i have an appointment with a doctor in the cardiology department following a check up i had back a couple of mths ago __________________  No kind action ever stops with itself. One kind action leads to another. Good example is followed. A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees. The greatest work that kindness does to others is that it makes them kind themselves.

Katheryn, its great that you are taking care of yourself and seeking some support. Although I understand it can be stressful meeting with a social worker for the first time. I'll send positive thoughts your way!
