Congrats!

I chose the screen name Sabrina because that is what I would have called a daughter if I'd had one!

hahhaha - you know, Rayna - KD once told me that she always "refers" to me as "L-M-O". I always assumed that people would read it as "Elmo". That's what I refer to myself as, here!

Thanks guys It's.... a.............

I'm going to figure out how to get my ultrasound video onto YouTube so you can see it. It's really neat! It's.... a.............

LMo,

A huge congrats from me......what an exciting moment to find out what you are going to have.....at least you know it's a girl, not a boy, or best of all, not "Something" else.....that could be scary.....lol.

There was a post not long ago "what's in a name?" My daughter was born 30 years ago this coming March before ultrasound & finding out what you were going to have. By the size, I should have had a boy but turned out being a girl. I was in college at the time, holding down a full load in Accounting & computer science. I had to figure out a name for whatever I was going to have so......to the library I went. Stacks of books for names...stacks that were taller than myself (only 5'2"). I went through every name in every book but wanted a meaningful name that went with my last name. It took me forever & I ended up with a list of 6 names on both lists.

The one that stuck however was the one that meant "brighter than a shining star" (both 1st & middle put together).

Funny thing was that my brother-in-law just 2 years ago had their daughter & found a name with a very similar meaning for their new daughter. I never realized how much the meaning of a name would mean to my daughter, but that along with a beautiful name does seem to help with ones self esteme at times.....don't know if that would be true in all cases since self esteme is a very serious part of ones life, but sometimes it's nice to start out on the right foot anyway.

Enjoy finding the perfect name & the anticipation of having your new baby girl to enjoy & love.

blessings be with you, your husband, & your new soon coming daughter,
Debbie
