This is something I've never noticed or had any problems with, but more and more lately I've been noticing not only do I fairly often feel like and start to 'zone out' unless I catch and stop myself, but also at the same time my vision naturally feels like it wants to just unfocus and split into 2 images instead of a single focused image like normal.

I'm just wondering if anybody has any information about this and if it might be related to things like just generally feeling mentally (and/or emotionally) worn out and exhausted.
