Congrats, jinny!

You will feel so good. Drink lots of water to get the stuff out of your system and help make the cravings go away.

You aren't "giving up" smoking, you are "becoming'" a non-smoker!!

I'm cheering for you. . ..Please wish me luck guys!!!!!!!

Best wishes to you! I quit a couple days before Xmas and I'm feeling really good. Doesn't it feel good to wake up and not have that grossness in your lungs? I'm feeling 'clean' now. And you used to smoke in the house? Just think what that was doing to your little boy--and now he won't be affected by that anymore! Good for you. (Cleaning your house and car really helps to get rid of all the smell and reminders.)
Best wishes, again!

yes sometimes not feeling well physically can help fight off the cravings but still..... yuk! that you aren't well. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Love you too little English jinnyann.... lol. I have this image of you as a cute little English school girl fluttering smiles everywhere that break the rain and shine rainbows over everything. Nice image..... be well soon.

I wonder sometimes how well the spiritual, authentic self we were born to be and whom we project in our words and through our deeds..... how well it matches up to the outer physical self our lives formed and presents to the world.

How well does our insides match our outsides... I wonder this sometimes.

I quit smoking in August. A good book that I read was Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr. I was so scared to quit smoking, I thought I would never be able to get thru the anxiety without a smoke but with this book, I quit with confidence.

Good Luck!
